A beautiful Sunday with the Girls

A beautiful Sunday dedicated to slowing down, connecting with like-minded women and building an unshakeable foundation of self-worth.

This is more than a day of sitting back and listening. It’s an opportunity to turn inward, explore the patterns that shape how you see yourself and discover practical, psychologically grounded tools to support your growth.

Together, Molly from Harty Soul and Mikayla from Mind with Mik are creating a nurturing, uplifting and fun space where you can show up exactly as you are, feel supported, make meaningful connections and invest a little time back into YOU.

And don’t worry, we won’t force you to do any cheesy icebreakers!

Two facilitators, one shared vision

We want to create a room where women can slow down, be honest with themselves, and leave feeling more connected to each other and to what matters to them.

Mikayla Howe

@mindwithmik

Mik is a provisional psychologist and counsellor based in Torquay, with a passion for helping women build confidence and self-worth. Her four-pillar framework is shaped by years of study in psychology, completing her post-graduate research on self-esteem and self-compassion, and a deep curiosity about what it really takes to feel good about who you are. Mik understands that making friends and finding genuine connection as an adult can be hard, and she wanted to bring women together in a space that makes this possible.

On the day, Mik guides the workshops, values work and goal setting.

Molly Johnson

@harty.soul

Molly is the heart behind Harty Soul: a yoga teacher, meditation and sound bath facilitator, nursing student and support worker, with about 100 different hobbies at any given time. Her love of people and human connection sits at the centre of everything she does. Through sound baths, women’s circles, workshops and retreats, she creates spaces where you can slow down, have fun, meet beautiful people and arrive exactly as you are, feeling seen, heard and supported.

On the day, Molly hosts the gatherings and leads your guided meditation and sound bath.

Mik and Molly are bringing psychology and soul together in a day that’s nurturing, uplifting and fun.

A day of doing, and a day of simply being

Understand

Build your self-worth

Explore Mik’s four-pillar framework for building genuine self-worth, developed through years of studying psychology. You’ll work through it in interactive workshops, meaningful conversations and guided exercises.

Clarify

Connect with your values

Discover what truly matters to you, explore your personal values and set intentions and goals that feel aligned with the highest version of yourself.

Create

Your 2027 vision board

Get creative and bring your intentions to life through a vision board workshop. More than just pretty pictures, your board will reflect the values you uncover earlier in the day. Each part of the day builds on the last, so you understand the why behind doing something like this.

Rest

Meditation & Sound Bath

Slow down, soften and give yourself permission to simply be. Molly will guide you through a nourishing meditation and sound bath, creating space to reflect, reconnect and let everything settle.

You’ll leave with more than notes and cheesy inspo that fades the second you leave the room.

Questions

Is this day for me?

This retreat is for women who are ready to invest a little time back into themselves, whether you want to build confidence, strengthen your sense of self-worth, connect with new people, set meaningful intentions or simply enjoy a beautiful Sunday doing something for YOU. You don’t need any prior experience, just an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.

What do I need to bring?

A yoga mat for the meditation and sound bath, comfy clothes you can relax and move in, and a water bottle. A blanket (for extra cosy sound bath vibes) and a journal are optional. Most importantly, bring yourself, exactly as you are.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way, you’ll be welcomed with open arms, and the day is designed to help you connect with other women in a relaxed, welcoming way.

What if I’ve never meditated before?

That’s completely fine. You don’t need any prior experience with workshops, meditation or sound baths. Molly will guide you through every step, and there’s nothing you need to get right.

Is food included?

Yes! Morning tea, lunch and an afternoon snack are all included in your ticket, plus a coffee van on site for your morning flat white or chai. Come hungry, leave happy.

Is this therapy?

No. The day is educational and reflective, with psychologically grounded tools, but it isn’t a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.

What’s the refund or transfer policy?

We’ll share this when tickets are released.

Start the year by investing in yourself

Spend one beautiful Sunday slowing down, understanding yourself, and setting intentions that feel like yours. We can’t wait to share this beautiful day with you!
