Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
Digital Products/Services:
If you have purchased a digital product (e.g., courses, webinars, or eBooks), refunds are not available.
Workshops or Services:
Workshop deposits are non-refundable due to costs incurred through administration, planning and consumables such as workbooks or food that would have been created and provided. If you’re unable to attend a workshop or scheduled service, refunds may be available for the remainder of the price, if cancellation occurs more than one week prior to the event.

We cannot provide refunds for:
Services rendered or sessions attended.
Products or services purchased through third-party vendors.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
You are responsible for any payment gateway processing fees unless otherwise stated.
