An interactive workshop to uncover what your top values are & how you can start living a value driven life! Based on the principles of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, we deep dive into values, how they differ from goals, audit how your current life is aligning (or maybe isn’t) and how this can improve your mental health & self-worth.

Low self-worth seeps into every area of our lives! I know first hand the impact it has on our choices, from our relationships, career, body image, health, boundaries, etc. Building a foundation of self-worth where you actually start to make decisions that align with who you want to be is life changing. In this workshop we deep dive into self-worth & the ways we unknowingly make mistakes when trying to build our self-esteem!

Sleep, nutrition, movement, sunshine & water. They seem like the basics, right? We feel like we know this (cue eye roll), we’ve heard it all before… but these aspects are so intertwined in the ways they impact our mental health! When you build an understanding of how each one actually impacts you, you start to value implementing good habits into your life. Anyone can tell you to “eat better”, but when you actually understand the links between food & mood and you value the benefit of actioning that, it’s so much easier to make choices that align with your goals! In this workshop we dive into the ways sleep, food & mood are intertwined.

I am always working on new ideas, trialling new topics & seeing what lands, gaining feedback from participants about what they want & testing new content.
