The aim is to build on individual strengths and clarify personal values, to increase self-confidence, tackle challenges, achieve personal and professional goals, and enhance overall quality of life
An extended support session is perfect for when you have a couple of things you'd like support with, want to gain perspective and insight, need actionable guidance and tools to get on the right track, but aren't sure if you want to engage in ongoing counselling right now.
An extended session will allow us the space to explore your current concerns, reframe current thoughts, beliefs and patterns, and integrate a plan moving forward.
